My Rural Surveying career started with the National Trust in 2001 assisting with the management of a broad portfolio of rural estates across the East Midlands.

From 2003-2011 I worked for Shuldham Calverley which then merged into Fisher German in 2011, becoming RICS qualified in 2003 and CAAV qualified in 2004.

In September 2011 I decided to set up my own freelance consultancy practice serving traditional rural estates, farming clients and commercial clients. In addition I am a CAAV Examiner.

CAM Land and Property now has a diverse range of clients and is going from strength to to strength.
